1. Entertainment Disclaimer

HealingTarot provides tarot card readings and interpretations for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. The content is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional guidance. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on your use of the App. You must be able to distinguish entertainment content from professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The Service

• The App lets you submit a question, draw tarot cards, and receive AI-generated interpretations, along with features such as daily guidance, reading history, and multiple spreads.
• You may use the App as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

4. AI-Generated Content

Interpretations and readings are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are produced automatically. Such content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and does not represent the views or advice of CoderViet. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any generated content for any particular purpose.

5. Virtual Items and Diamonds

• The App may offer virtual items, including in-app currency such as "diamonds", used to access certain features (for example, tarot readings).
• Virtual items have no monetary value, are not real currency, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or anything of monetary value outside the App.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use virtual items within the App. Purchases of virtual items are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the applicable app store policy.
• We may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time, with or without notice.

6. Subscriptions (VIP Membership)

• The App may offer paid subscriptions ("VIP") that unlock additional benefits. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
• Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and your account is charged the applicable price for the next period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and benefits may change; we will provide notice where required by law or store policy.

7. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases (including virtual items and subscriptions) are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) under their respective terms. Refunds, where available, are handled according to those app stores' policies. We do not store your payment card details.

8. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements, including rewarded ads that grant virtual items for viewing. Ads are served by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob) and are subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or exploit bugs to obtain virtual items or benefits;
• Use automated means to access the Service, or resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, card artwork, and software, is owned by CoderViet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App and any virtual items ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoderViet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
